How to participate in the matchmaking event
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 20 minutes run fast, but they are enough to make first contact and place the foundation for future dialogue before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.
The Matchmaking Event is part of NANOTEXNOLOGY 2022 which will be a Hybrid multi-event, combining Live (On-site) and Virtual (On-line) presentations and participation. The meetings will take place on 6th July 2022. Physical meetings will take place at the EXPO area. Online meetings will be hosted on a dedicated platform. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Attending the matchmaking event requires purchasing a ticket.
Please follow the instructions below depending on the way you participate:
1) Participation (on-site or online) in the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2022 conferences & the matchmaking event
2) Participation in the Exhibition as visitor & the matchmaking event (only on-site)

1) Instructions for NANOTEXNOLOGY conference participants:
To participate in the entire conference, including the matchmaking and expo events, please follow this link for ticket prices and registration instructions.
After you complete your registration to the conference, please follow the b2match registration instructions bellow.
2) Instructions for physical participation ONLY in the matchmaking and expo portions of the conference:
If you don't attend the conference, physical participation to the Matchmaking event and Expo (only on July 6th 2022), is available at a reduced cost. You need to purchase an "EXPO Visitor Ticket per day" at the registration desk in the venue on the day of the event. The "EXPO Visitor Ticket per day" gives access only to the Matchmaking event and Expo on 6th July. You may check the prices here.
If you plan to attend as EXPO visitor, please follow the b2match registration instructions as detailed below.
Make sure to register here in advance of the event to have time to explore the matchmaking participants list and book your meetings. Instructions below.
Registration Instructions for the Matchmaking Event (b2match platform):
In order to be able to explore the participants list and book meetings for the matchmaking portion of the event, registration on the b2match platform is necessary, as described below.
1) Registration
Register via the Register button.
2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. Don't forget to fill the Marketplace field to make your profile more attractive!
3) Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
5) Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you can find your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings. Check if your camera and microphone are working and don't be late!
Notice:
Meetings will be arranged by default to take place physically. If you are attending the event virtually please let your meeting partner know so arrangements can be made. Participants may schedule their meetings according to both parties availability as shown in participants’ profiles. For participants attending the event live (on-site), they may have their meetings in the EXPO area.
